The maximum system clock is 120MHZ

There are so many clock PLL multipliers

Go to the data sheet and look at it, it says 96M

8MHSE 12x 96M

8MHSE 15x 120 is exactly the maximum system clock

8MHSE 16x exceeds the maximum clock in the manual

Test the HIS clock
