What does CGSN in AT+CGSN stand for? Where can I find the full name table corresponding to the AT command abbreviation? [Copy link]

1. AT+CGMI gives the module manufacturer's identification.
2. AT+CGMM gets the module identification. This command is used to get the supported frequency bands (GSM 900, DCS 1800 or PCS 1900). When
the module has multiple frequency bands, the response may be a combination of different frequency bands.
3. AT+CGMR gets the module's software version.
4. AT+CGSN gets the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) serial number of the GSM module.
5. AT+CSCS selects the TE feature setting. This command reports which state setting the TE is using on the ME.

There are so many AT commands. If you don't read the comments behind them, you can't understand what these commands are used for. Where can I find a word list of the full names corresponding to the abbreviations of AT commands?

Then come up with an abbreviation rule that you think is "not stupid" and show off your high intelligence.   Details Published on 2022-9-11 19:28

Fun with AT commands and an old modem (marcinchwedczuk.pl)

If you search for AT commands using an English search engine, you will get a detailed explanation.

A search will bring up:

AT commands are used for connection and communication between terminal devices and PC applications. AT stands for Attention. Each AT command line can only contain one AT command; for sending AT commands, in addition to the two characters AT, a maximum of 1056 characters (including the final null character) can be received.

That only reflects your English level. You can find the abbreviations of the words by looking for the English version of the AT command set document, but this has no practical significance. Your focus is wrong.

The AT command set was originally created by Hayes in the United States in the 1980s, and was later revised and expanded many times by a standardization organization composed of multiple IT multinational groups. It can be said that the commands were determined by a group of English-speaking experts who weighed and weighed them repeatedly. Do you think they are "retarded"? Some things don't need to be pointed out, right?  Details Published on 2022-9-6 08:46

Their abbreviation is equivalent to the three words "Lü Dongbin". According to their abbreviation rules, it may be "Koushuiba". Is this mentally retarded?  Details Published on 2022-9-6 09:04

CET-6 is a good thing, but you have to use it. Play to your strengths.

None of us passed level six.

It doesn't make much sense for people who are not living in an English-speaking environment to pursue the full name. The manual tells you what the function is.

Understanding the English description helps you remember the command. You almost don't need to memorize it after reading it once.
