Step 2: Create a new project

Step 3: Create a new file

Step 4: Synthesis

Step 5: Set the pins and save them casually, and then modify the UCF file

After editing the UCF file, click Execute

Finally generate the compiled file

Right click on the generate programming file property and set it to generate a .bin file
