Liu Genghong? His exercise is too intense. You need to have a certain level of athletic ability to follow it, otherwise you will easily get injured.

2022-05-30 Tonight I completed the longevity exercise for the first time. Although there are relatively few movements, some of them are a bit strange. I felt that I couldn't keep up at the beginning, so I did it at 0.5 times the speed. To do this exercise, you must be calm and follow your heart. Do the movements in a standard way. Don't think about how many times you have done it.

Experience: After following it, I found that my whole body had basically moved around in a circle, especially some of the turning and leaning movements. I felt that my cervical and lumbar vertebrae also got some relaxation.

As I followed the Taoist's explanation, my mind wandered to imagination as he spoke, and my heart gradually calmed down.

You can try it after work at night. It is good for relieving anxiety.
