How do you know the capacity of the chip capacitors on the circuit board? [Copy link]

The chip resistors on the circuit board are marked with resistance values, but the chip ceramic capacitors do not have any markings.

The capacitor installed on the circuit board is suspected to be damaged. What is the capacitance value? Is there a schematic diagram? Please tell me how to solve this problem.

It can be analyzed based on the circuit. If there is an identical circuit on the PCB, the capacitors at the same position can be removed and measured.

Before it breaks down, you can measure it with LCR and multimeter.

After the damage, we can only infer it by the circuit location

A slight change in capacitance is acceptable

But if it is open or short circuited, it is basically broken.

Without a schematic diagram, you can only guess. By looking at where the same package is installed, you should be able to judge the voltage.
