I would like to ask which model should be used to replace transistors 8550, 8050, IN4148 when simulating in MULTISIM? I cannot find these parts in multisiM 14. Thank you.

Bipolar transistors similar to 8050 include 2N2222, and diodes similar to 1N4148 include 1N914.
