BG22-EK4108A BG22 Bluetooth SoC Explorer Kit Unboxing
The BG22 Explorer Kit is an ultra-low-cost, small-form-factor development and evaluation platform focused on rapid prototyping and concept creation for Bluetooth LE IoT applications.
The kit has a USB interface, an onboard SEGGER J-Link debugger, a user LED and button, and support for hardware add-on boards through the mikroBus header and Qwiic connector. Hardware add-on support allows developers to create and prototype applications using various combinations of off-the-shelf boards from mikroE, Sparkfun, AdaFruit, and Seeed Studios.
The overall packaging is very simple, with only a board and a data cable. This unboxing mainly introduces the appearance and physical connection characteristics of the board.
The core of the board is the controller with buttons and LEDs at the bottom. A lot of interfaces on the upper part are Jlink OB, which can be used for debugging and program writing.
There are no devices on the back of the board, and black solder mask is used, which gives it a very high quality feel. Especially since the official price is only US$10, it is very cost-effective.

From the actual physical location, this development board has realized the lead-out of multiple interfaces, which is convenient for welding 2.54 pin headers for expansion in the future.
To use this development board in actual applications, just connect the development board to the PC via a data cable and install Silicon Labs' SI tool to start development.
