Today, 20220109, the seventh day of the twelfth lunar month. I still remember that when I reviewed 2021 last year, it was 20210204, the Little New Year. After a year, I just felt that time passed quickly and I spent this year in a hurry.
First, let’s talk about life and my own family. After the Chinese New Year, my son was almost two and a half years old but less than three years old. It was close to the time for him to go to school. I had planned to send him to school in September after he turned three. But my parents said that the weather would be cold in the second half of the year, and they were afraid that the child would have difficulty adapting, so they suggested sending him to school after the Spring Festival. So where to go to school became a problem. The house I bought had not been renovated yet. Fortunately, my father-in-law and mother-in-law helped me and helped me find a good school with my wife. A harmonious family is the key to success. I am grateful to my wife and the others for their efforts behind the scenes. In the process, I really realized how difficult it is for parents and their selfless dedication to their children. During the summer vacation, I wanted to take the children to work to play for a while, but unfortunately I missed it due to the outbreak of sporadic epidemics.
Let me talk about work: the company has changed a lot after the New Year. Many colleagues around me have resigned for various reasons. Some have started their own businesses, and some have sought better jobs. For a period of time, everyone in the company was panicked. Generally speaking, it was due to the shortage of chips from upstream suppliers, which caused a tense situation in which downstream solution providers had orders but could not deliver chips. After the second half of the year, the supply of chips finally stabilized. Due to the reduction in staff at work, the workload of everyone has also increased a lot. I have stepped on pits and taken some detours in the work projects, and finally completed the existing projects without any danger. Finally, I will briefly talk about the current situation of colleagues who have gone out to start a business. There are joys and sorrows. Some are shipping one after another, and some are struggling and waiting for opportunities. Personally, I feel that in the severe environment in the past few years, we still have to keep warm together and not fight alone. If you choose to go out to start a business, you must ask yourself if you are ready and what you are suitable for?
I have been working for a long time, sitting for a long time, and exercising less. I can clearly feel that my waist is more painful than before. Sometimes I wake up in pain in the middle of the night. I feel uncomfortable sleeping on my side or lying flat. There is no other way. Sometimes I apply Huang Daoyi to numb myself before going to bed. In this year, I have only climbed down the mountain, crossed the outdoor, and barbecued outdoors. There is almost no other outdoor sports. A friend of mine in the same industry had to resign in October due to physical reasons (low back pain) and concentrate on healing. I hope that the friends in the forum will pay more attention to their own health after work. Health is the first priority, and no amount of wealth can buy back health.
Let me talk about my free time. My children are going to school and my expenses are increasing. I feel a huge pressure. I said to myself that I must work hard to make money to create a good growth environment for my children, so I have more extracurricular activities than before. But extracurricular activities conflict with my idea of taking care of my health. People are always so contradictory. I said to myself countless times that I will never let myself be so tired again. But when I think about making more money for my children, I bow my head in front of money. In the new year, I hope I can have more free time to participate in sports.
In 2021, there are fewer opportunities to learn in the forum than before, but when I encounter some questions, I will habitually come to the forum to check out and learn. There are several big guys in the forum who can always patiently reply to posts posted by friends.
