The purpose of this document is to enable users to quickly become familiar with the N32G032 motor control board, understand the control board functions, instructions and precautions, so as to control the motor based on the control board.
Hardware Development Instructions
1.1 Brief Description
The N32G032 motor control board is a control board developed based on the N32G032C8L7 of National Technology Co., Ltd. It needs to be used with a low-voltage driver board and can run a DC motor with a power of less than 500W (note that this control board can only run one motor). This document describes in detail the functions, instructions for use, and precautions of the N32G032 motor control board.
1.2 Control board function
The main MCU chip model of the control board is N32G032C8L7, and it has built-in NS-LINK function. Users can directly connect the USB cable through the USB port to download and debug the program, eliminating the need for a burner. The control board has unused IO port pins brought out to facilitate customer development and testing.
1.3 Control board layout
1) Control board power supply
The control board can be powered by the USB interface or the baseboard driver board. The P5 jumper is selected. Shorting the upper part is for baseboard power supply, and shorting the lower part is for USB power supply.
2) 5V to 3.3V LDO circuit The
LDO conversion circuit (LDO chip LM1117IMPX-3.3 3.3V/800mA) is used to supply 3.3V power to the MCU.
3) NS-LINK debugging and program downloading
The NS-LINK circuit can be used to download and debug programs. It can be selected by shorting SWCKL/SWDIO/URT4- RX/URT4-TX in the P2 jumper cap.
4) Crystal oscillator circuit
MCU clock 8M, and the MCU internal crystal oscillator can also be selected.
5) General buttons S1/S2
S1 is for manual reset, and S2 is for motor start and stop buttons
6) Driver board interface
The driver board is connected through the pin headers CN2 and CN1, and can run with a single motor.
7) Speed knob
The speed of the whole machine can be adjusted by manually rotating the speed knob RES1.
8) Some pins of the GPIO port P6/P7
chip are led out, and 3.3V voltage and GND pins are also reserved on the pins for easy testing.
