Universal main control board based on 3U PXIe ZU11EG

1. Board Introduction

Based on 3U PXIe , ZU11EG/ZU7EG/ZU7EV realizes FMC data interface and main control calculation, and is widely used in industrial control, detection, and visual processing. Supports industrial-grade temperature operation.

2 Main functions

1. The core chip of the board uses ZU11EG-2FFVC1156I MPSOC processor, one DDR4 64bit on the PL side and one DDR4 64bit on the PS side , supporting EMMC , QSPI Flash , and SD card loading;

2 The on-board PL supports 1 standard FMC HPC interface and 8 GTH , LA , HA , HB , and I2C signals .

3. PL on the board supports 1 - way PCIeX4 M.2 storage;

4. The PS on the board supports 1 mSATA hard disk and 2TB storage capacity.

5. The PS on the board supports 1 Gigabit network and 1 debugging RS232 ;

6 -board PS supports 1 I2C bus , connecting the encrypted E2POM and the board temperature measurement chip;

7 -card PXIe bus, XP4 supports power input +12V

8 -card PXIe bus, XP4 supports trigger signals Trig[0:7], GA[0:4];

9 -card PXIe bus, XP3 supports 2 GTHX4s , and supports PCIe , Aurora , RapidIO , 10G Ethernet, 40G fiber and other protocols.

9 -card PXIe bus, XP3 supports USB3.0 , DP display interface

10 -card PXIe bus, P4 supports Can , IO , Uart , SPI interface

11 boards support industrial-grade chips and can operate in the temperature range of -25 °C to +65 °C.

The board can also be used as a main control management board, with built-in display, mouse and keyboard, and hard disk storage. Through GTH , different external devices can be expanded to realize multi-channel AD , DA signal access and image access. It can also realize the analysis and processing of vibration signals, power signals, audio signals, and image signals.
