There are many cases where only the hole symbol is marked without indicating the hole size, as shown below:

The slots are marked on the character layer, and the factory leaks the slots.
The picture below also shows the drilling marks on the character layer. The factory made the marks on the character layer. These are really assembly holes.
The above cases can still be reworked because they are fixing holes. They can be made non-metallic without affecting the function.
But if it is a component hole, you can only sigh to the sky, resent the unfairness of fate, and scrap it and rework it.
When a person looks up at the sky, he not only sighs, but also feels lonely sometimes.
