The longest time is more than 40 minutes, and the shortest is 18 minutes. If it takes less than this time, it will be 100% poisoned. If there is one mushroom that needs to be cooked for 40 minutes, and the rest need to be cooked for 18 minutes, can it be eaten if it is cooked for 20 minutes? The answer is no!

2. Due to the suitable climate and temperature, many mushrooms grow in the mountains of Yunnan. Sometimes you can see a lot of them on the way to climb the mountain. Some people pick mushrooms that look similar to those sold in the market and then take them home. As a result, they get poisoned after eating them. Some people pick mushrooms and sell them directly in the market. This is the most terrible. If they pick poisonous ones, the consequences will be disastrous.

What should you pay attention to when eating mushrooms in Yunnan?

As an outsider, I think I should pay attention to:

1. Try to eat in restaurants. After cooking, the restaurant will use a small bottle to collect samples and keep them for 24 hours. In case you get poisoned after eating and go home, you can also contact the restaurant to get the bacteria sample you ate that day and send it to the hospital in time.

2. Cook strictly according to the time. Do not taste it before the time is up. There have been cases of poisoning caused by tasting the soup.

3. Outsiders should never go to the market to buy fresh food for consumption or as gifts.

How delicious are the mushrooms in Yunnan?

As a foreigner, I mainly drink the soup when eating this. The soup is really fresh and the mushrooms are a bit crispy.

Personally, I think the way of eating in Yunnan is similar to that in Northeast China, both are stewing chicken with mushrooms. The difference is that Yunnan uses fresh mushrooms to stew black chicken, while Northeast China uses dried mushrooms to stew chicken.
