Questions about SYS/BIOS projects created in CCS [Copy link]

What is the difference between a SYS/BIOS project created in CCS and a general bare metal project? Does creating a SYS/BIOS project include the TI-RTOS system? Does downloading this project to the board mean that it runs with the RTOS?
