Recruiting motor control software development engineers Salary range: 15-25K/month before tax*14
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development of brushless DC motor controller software and solving various technical problems related to controller software;
2. Responsible for the software function requirement analysis and software architecture design of brushless DC motor controller products (brushless DC motor BLDC, permanent magnet synchronous motor PMSM, etc.);
3. Responsible for the design and development of control strategies and algorithms for brushless DC motor or permanent magnet synchronous motor controllers;
4. Responsible for the simulation and analysis of motor control software in matlab/simulink environment;
5. Responsible for completing the development of motor control software and debugging and optimizing motor control algorithm parameters;
6. Responsible for the calibration and bench testing of new motors;
7. Responsible for the writing and archiving of documents at all stages of motor controller development;
8. Guide the members of the controller development team and improve the team's technical capabilities;
9. Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in motor, electrical engineering and automation;
2. More than 3 years of experience in automotive electronic software development, preferably in the development of BLDC motor controller for oil pump or water pump;
3. Familiar with TS16949 system and V-Model development model;
4. Familiar with model-based development methods and processes, familiar with Matlab/simulink/stateflow modeling development and simulation testing;
5. Familiar with the simulation, design, calibration, and testing of motor control algorithms such as PMSM and BLDC;
6. Familiar with the design, calibration, testing, fault confirmation and recovery strategy, fault handling measure definition, and Kalman filtering of motor controller state machine, control strategy, fault diagnosis and processing, input and output modules and other functional modules;
7. Have a thorough understanding of motor theory and automatic control theory, and be able to effectively use theoretical knowledge and experience accumulation to optimize the design of motor starting performance, motor operating efficiency, motor dynamic response, motor operating stability, etc.;
8. Good teamwork spirit, good coordination and communication skills, good at expression, strong sense of responsibility and strong hands-on ability.
Note: Excellent master's degree graduates are also accepted (must be in the corresponding major)
