Chanel lost the lawsuit against Huawei for logo infringement. Do you think these two logos are similar?

According to foreign media reports, French luxury brand Chanel lost its trademark dispute with Huawei.
The dispute began in 2017 when Huawei applied to the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the trademark agency, for approval to register its computer hardware trademark. Chanel objected to the trademark, which consists of two intersecting vertical semicircles, saying the design was similar to its "double C" trademark.
The Trademark Office subsequently rejected Chanel's objection in 2019, saying that there were no similarities and it was unlikely to cause confusion in the minds of the public.
Chanel then challenged the ruling again in a Luxembourg court, which rejected its appeal in a ruling on Wednesday, with the General Court of the European Union ruling that the disputed trademarks have some similarities but their appearance is very different.
