A friend of mine was stabbed twice in his own home by three water company law enforcement officers, one on the head and
one on the left hand, due to a dispute over tap water. (The victim was injured when he used his left hand to block the attack on his head).

The inspection results are as follows:

1. Head CT, see attached pictures 1 and 2:

The left side of the frontal bone was fractured;
five stitches were needed on the outside and the inside, but the number of stitches is unknown;
the wound is about 8 cm long;

2. Knife wound on the left hand, see attached photos 3 and 4:

About 10+ stitches were needed on the outside and inside, but I don’t know how many stitches were needed.
No abnormalities were found in the bones and joints.

My friend's home is in a small county town, and there doesn't seem to be a hospital with a forensic doctor, but the Public Security Bureau has a forensic doctor.

I called the forensic doctor and he said that it was a head fracture, which should be a minor injury, and it would be a criminal liability.

I called the police; but I don’t know the police record, it should be at the police station.
