1. Faster transmission speed
The developers of Bluetooth 5.0 claim that the upper limit of the new version of Bluetooth transmission speed is 2Mbps, which is twice the previous 4.2LE version. Of course, you are unlikely to reach this limit speed in real life, but you can still experience a significant speed increase.

2. Longer effective distance
Another important improvement of Bluetooth 5.0 is that its effective distance is four times that of the previous version.
