【NUCLEO-L452RE Review】+ Comprehensive Performance Analysis [Copy link]

I received the NUCLEO-L452RE board last Friday. When I first saw it, I felt that the board was very good and very beautiful.

Let's take a look at the main peripherals and performance of this chip:

1. From the above figure, it can be analyzed that this chip is powered by a wide voltage range of 1.71V-3.6V.

2. The default working environment is -40℃ to 80℃.

3. When VBAT is powered, the current for RTC and backup domain registers is 145nA.

4.106nA standby mode power consumption.

5. The current consumed by RTC in standby mode is 375nA

6.2uA current in stop mode

7. The operating current in different modes is 84uA and 36uA.

8. There is a BOR power-off reset.

The main frequency can run up to 80M

The chip has 12 timers, including two watchdog timers and one SYSTICK timer.

There is also 1 ADC and 1 DAC, both are 12-bit.

A USB 2.0 port that supports full speed

A SAI

Four IICs

Three USARTs

One UART

One LPUART

Three SPI (one QSPI)

A CAN

CRC

14-channel DMA

160K SRAM, 512K flash (deep pockets)

Overall, I feel that the configuration of this chip is quite luxurious, after all, it is from a big manufacturer.

We have already had a general understanding of the specific peripherals, and we will write some interesting routines later.
