Inductance and Q value of transformer [Copy link]

Hi everyone, I would like to ask, how can I make the Q value of the transformer higher without changing the magnetic tank of the transformer?

The quality factor of an inductor is usually expressed as Q. The higher the Q value of the inductor, the smaller the loss and the higher the efficiency.   Details Published on 2020-11-10 18:26

What is the Q value of the transformer?

I really don't know what this means. Inductors have a Q value (quality factor), but transformers don't seem to have one.
