Original 100KWh Solar Photovoltaic Off-Grid Battery Management System [Copy link]

The 16 pairs of 5 X 14 battery holders I ordered two weeks ago were delivered today. The plastic isn't too hard, but I would handle them with care to avoid problems.

I had to place two separate orders because the quantity per order is limited to 8 pairs. Both packages arrived today at the same time

The plastic is not too hard, the outer shell serves to fix the battery, and the fixing bracket is important for the battery cell .

If you want to fully charge your battery with solar energy, how powerful a solar panel will you need, how long will it take, and how much will it cost.

If this system runs without failure, it will be no problem to use it for 20 years. It is much better than the life and safety of the car BMS, because there are more batteries, the power is enough, there will be no deep discharge, and it runs very smoothly. The main thing is to add a balance board and calculate the soc.

I also added a switch to this photovoltaic off-grid system, which allows you to choose between connecting to the grid and using only solar energy, to avoid using the grid when there is no electricity in winter. The conversion time with an AC switch is only 100ms, and the switching is basically unnoticeable, so it will not affect watching TV or using a desktop computer.
