Help! Can anyone help me convert the .brd file to a .PcbDoc file that can be opened by AD? [Copy link]

The file is a development board file of a Bluetooth chip from TI. I downloaded the file from the TI official website. I have been struggling for two days but the format cannot be converted successfully. Please help me convert it.

There are two files, one is the compressed package of the entire file, and the other is the .brd file in the compressed package. Could any big guy please help me convert the PCB file of this development board into AD's PCb format!
