Power conversion module 220V to 18V [Copy link]

Using a 220V to 18V transformer, the voltage output of the transformer output (pins 12, 14, 17, 19) is 12V. After passing through the MB6S rectifier, the output voltage of pin 3 of SP1 is 27V, and the output voltage of pin 4 of SP2 is -27V. Then it passes through LM7818 and MC7918, but the output voltage of 7818 and 7918 is not +18V and -18V, but +27V and -27V. Why don't the voltage regulator tubes (7818, 7918) work?
