At 5 a.m. Beijing time today, the U.S. Department of Commerce's International Trade Commission (ITC) made a final ruling on the 337 investigation against DJI: no ban would be issued.

In response, DJI's public relations director Xie Tiandi said in his WeChat Moments, "This matter has caused a stir before. In May this year, the company's law firm released one-sided information in the preliminary hearing of the 337 investigation, misleading many parties into thinking that DJI lost the case. Previously, on August 30, 2018, a U.S. subsidiary of a Chinese company filed an application with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), accusing Shenzhen DJI Innovations Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates of infringing its patent rights by exporting, importing or selling drones and their components to the United States, and requesting the ITC to initiate a 337 investigation and issue a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order.
