In this online teaching, MathWorks technicians took the quadcopter as an example to demonstrate the modeling, simulation and control process in Simulink? and SimMechanics?, including:
importing the quadcopter model from the 3D CAD environment and automatically converting it to the SimMechanics model description,
modifying the SimMechanics model, and
designing the quadcopter control system.
