The answer was found in the document spra851h, the full name of which is "Migrating from TMS320C6211B/C6711/C6711B and C6713 to TMS320C6713B"
If you want to know the difference between TI DSP 6416 and 6416T, you can also use a similar method to go to TI's official website to find relevant documents of the C6000 series. There is a document called spra981b, the full name of which is "Migrating From TMS320C6416/15/14 to TMS320C6416T/15T/14T"
The document lists several differences between 6416 and 6416T:
1) Core Power: Compared with 6416, the core voltage of 6416T is reduced from 1.2 and 1.4V to 1.1 and 1.2V, that is, the core voltage is 1.1V for low-frequency clock and 1.2V for high-frequency clock, and the maximum operating clock of 6416T reaches 1GHz.
2) Device Identification: This has little impact on the application and you don’t need to worry about it.
3) Package and Pins: The packages of the two are basically the same for us users and no modification is required.
4) PLL/CPU Clock: This requires attention. First, the relationship between the external input clock and the clock you need, and second, the configuration of the two pins CLKMODE[1:0].
5) System Reset: This generally does not need to be changed.
6) I/O Timing: There may be some changes to the EMIF port, but generally no modification is required.
8) Sequencing: You don’t need to read this one…
For more details, please read the document yourself. In fact, the most important things are the core voltage and CPU clock. Generally speaking, the others do not need to be changed...
