Postgraduate entrance examination consultation, can those who have the same experience or want to share and communicate with me?

I have been working for more than two years after graduating from an ordinary first-class university (electronic information major). I am engaged in Linux embedded development in Shenzhen. In order to improve my academic qualifications and abilities, I want to try my best to take the computer embedded system (professional master) this year. I have done some research. My current work content involves C language, operating system, and data structure, which is in line with the computer postgraduate entrance examination syllabus. Even if I fail, it is still beneficial to my work (win-win); although my predecessor was electronic information major (single-chip circuit), I still chose to take the computer major first. Do you agree or have other suggestions? My goal is to get into a better first-class university, 211, or a low-end 985 university.
Question 1: I have already entered the Internet industry. Is it appropriate to take the postgraduate entrance examination? I am now 25 years old. Should I continue to study in the industry quietly or improve my academic qualifications to lay a better foundation for the future (because good schools have rich network resources, and postgraduates can enter good companies compared to undergraduates)? I feel that further study is more suitable for future development, which I can only understand after working. I also have some concerns: such as the burden of starting a family at the age of marriage, and the Internet is a youthful life, which is difficult to handle when I am older. I am quite entangled. Can all the masters and predecessors discuss the advantages and disadvantages of taking the postgraduate entrance examination while working?
Question 2: Is it very difficult to take the postgraduate entrance examination in computer embedded system? Is it recommended to choose some unpopular majors at this time?
Question 3: Do you have any recommendations for schools with good value for money? I did some research, but I still don't know for sure. Or is there any channel I can consult for recommendations (comprehensive) and current employment status?
