bq76930 error in reading temperature value

Most of the time, the current, voltage and temperature are normal, but from time to time the temperature will be read as very high, higher than 100 degrees, but the actual temperature is only 30 degrees. Sometimes it will appear after a few minutes of power on, and sometimes it will appear after 20 to 30 minutes. This situation will not occur with other currents and currents.

There is a CRC value check. If the bus data is wrong, the CRC will not pass. Have you ever encountered this?
