STLM20DD9F Analog Temperature Sensor Data [Copy link]

The STLM20 is a precision analog output temperature sensor for use in low current applications where extended battery life is important. It operates over a temperature range of –55°C to 130°C (grade 7) or –40°C to 85°C (grade 9). The power supply operating range is 2.4 V to 5.5 V. The STLM20 has a maximum temperature accuracy of ±1.5°C (typical ±0.5°C) at an ambient temperature of 25°C and a VCC of 2.7 V. The temperature error increases linearly and reaches a maximum of ±2.5°C at the extreme temperature ranges. The temperature range is affected by the supply voltage. For devices in temperature grade 7, the supply voltage is 2.7 V to 5.5 V, and the extreme temperature ranges are +130°C and –55°C (reducing the supply voltage from 2.7 V to 2.4 V changes the low-end operating temperature range of the supply from -55°C to -30°C, while maintaining 130°C at the positive end).

The maximum quiescent supply current of the STLM20 is 8 μA. Therefore, self-heating is negligible.
