Use TI 74HC4052 4-channel analog switch (voltage support 2~6V) to switch the serial port channels;

Both the MCU and 74HC4052 are powered by 3.3V power supply. One of the eight 74HC4052 chips is not working properly, and the phenomenon is that the serial port message is lost;
