Magnetic field detection, following the method in MakeCode, encapsulate the sensor data into a function and detect it through parameters

The magnetic field data read from the register is not the actual magnetic field strength, and needs to be converted to the actual value. According to the method in Table 3 in the data sheet, the magnetic field strength (mG) can be calculated and finally converted to uT.
