It can be burned online through IAP and ISP, but it must be supported during design. Currently, new design systems basically support online burning.

The mass production can only be burned after the motherboard is removed. You can't do this. Many of the earliest 51s do not support online burning, and they are often plugged in and unplugged for burning. It has been many years since I used a puller to remove the chip.
