What do you want to know? Currently, most wireless chargers use the Qi protocol of WPC, and its advertised safety and compatibility have been supported by many manufacturers and customers. Wireless charging itself is not difficult. Using a full bridge, providing an AC signal of ~5V, 180kHz on the coil, wireless charging can be achieved. If you only do 5W charging, the signal is transmitted unidirectionally, and the receiving end (mobile phone) will couple the signal to the transmitter by switching the load (which can be resistive or capacitive, mostly switching the capacitor). The transmitter parses this signal and controls the transmission frequency, adjusts the output power (if allowed), and implements foreign object detection based on the signal. If you want to charge more than 5W, it will be more complicated. The method allowed by Apple mobile phones is to fix the frequency at 127.5kHz and adjust the power by adjusting the coil voltage. Samsung mobile phones and Qi-EPP protocol communication are not unidirectional. The transmitter also needs to load the signal on the coil through FSK modulation and send it out. There is real-time interaction between sending and receiving, and the requirements for foreign object detection are higher. The difficulties mentioned above about wireless charging have some truth. Specifically, because the signal is coupled through a coreless transformer, signal transmission is prone to decoding failure, resulting in disconnection during charging, which will be regarded as a compatibility issue and will not be accepted. In addition, during the power transmission stage, due to the low efficiency, the power consumption lost in the medium is not small. We make coils (transmitter/output end) in wireless charging. Customers can choose 5w and 15w single coil and double coil.
