At the beginning of 2018, I resigned from the solution company and have been unemployed ever since. I thought about starting a business, but it didn't work out in the end. Because I worked in the solution company for 4 years, I have more or less come into contact with many customers. Some of them heard that I was no longer working in the solution company, so they contacted me to see if I could make some products for them. At that time, I was also full of passion, and on the bus home with my fourth brother, I kept describing the prospects. Then I returned home and began to draw boards and adjust programs for them one after another. In the end, there were many troubles. First of all, the production of the board could not be solved, and the debugging of the sample stage could not be solved. It was really inconvenient to go to their factory from my hometown. The most ridiculous thing was that some of them had been developed and hundreds of pieces were produced. After counting, I worked in vain, did not make any money, and even lost money. In the end, it was delayed until September. I thought that it was not a solution to eat up all the money, so I decided to go out and find a job. Starting a business is difficult and requires caution. It seems that I am not ready this time. After I graduated, I first went to live with a classmate, and then it was the old process, submitting resumes, interviews. Anyway, it was very bloody. The interview was super troublesome, with salary, working environment, accommodation. Finding a job is very troublesome. I interviewed for about 6 or 7 jobs, but none of them suited my taste. Then a friend introduced me to motor drive. I thought about it. I worked on the development of brushless motors around 2009, but I didn't do it very well. I only had a superficial understanding of it. I still have some interest in motor drive. I don't care about the salary. I'll just do it first, and I can learn something. I officially started in October, but it turned out to be very difficult. The motor, servo, and upper computer were all impossible to operate. Well, I took the initiative to confess to my boss that I couldn't do it. Fortunately, the boss didn't make it difficult and assigned me a simple one. I joined a project team at a certain point to do the development, and I have been doing it until now. At present, there is basically no problem with the BLDC drive, and 2 products have been put into production. Among them, PID needs further research. But PMSM is still not going well. I have read some codes, but I still don’t understand them for the time being. I have been working on motors for a few months and have accumulated some experience. I have the opportunity to share it with you. At present, the articles in this area are either too deep or too shallow. For example, how to debug, how to measure reliability, emergency handling in various unexpected situations, comparison of parameters measured by motor test equipment and calculated values, and program correction, I have not found too many sharings on the Internet. I will publish them when I have the opportunity. Now I am too busy and don’t have much time to go to the forum. The big guys in the forum are so nice to me. I will go to the forum more often when I have time. I have experienced a lot in 2018. I think there is actually a lot to write, but I won’t be long-winded, haha. In the end, I would like to thank my friends who helped me in 2018. Thanks to EE.
