Touch screen model: DMT10600T070_A5WTC Schneider PLC: TM208LDA16DRN Resolution: 1024*600 https://v.qq.com/x/page/l0807fksvbx.html?pcsharecode=5lTk34rc The DGUS Ⅱ touch screen model DMT10600T070_A5WTC is used in the video. This product is a 7-inch high-resolution, industrial-grade intelligent HMI with rich interfaces, waterproof and UV-proof, and can be used both indoors and outdoors. It is anti-glare for outdoor use, and the shell does not deform at high and low temperatures. The screen is a capacitive touch screen, which can realize functions such as sliding page turning and gesture adjustment of data. It has good touch effect and high sensitivity, bringing a wonderful human-computer interaction experience. The PLC model is Schneider TM208LDA16DRN. The M208 controller is equipped with two RS-485 serial interfaces and uses industry standard protocols: one is Modbus RTU/ASC Ⅱ (master/slave), and the other is free ASC Ⅱ. Among them, the two RS-485 serial interfaces include an RJ45 interface (SL1) and a removable terminal block (SL2). The default save area of user memory is predefined from %MW0 to %MW499 (1000 bytes), and the unsaved area is from %MW500 to %MW59999. The product performance is stable and reliable, and is widely used in mechanical presses, packaging machinery and other machine tools and metal processing industries, such as sealing machines, baling machines, etc.
2 Connection Guide Detailed Explanation 2.1 Hardware Connection Guide 1 ) As shown in the figure below, the touch screen communication interface uses COM4 RS485, that is, A, B. pin, power supply24VDC, That is V,G feet.

In summary, The Schneider PLC power supply is directly supplied by 220V AC, and the touch screen power supply is supplied by 24V power supply. The two pins D1 and D0 on the PLC are connected to the A and B pins of the touch screen to connect RS485 communication. ]

Because Schneider PLC cannot directly operate the relay through Modbus, it is necessary to convert intermediate variables, that is, to operate the %MW area to control it.
