A DIY DC to DC negative pressure module [Copy link]

This module is made of integrated block LTC3863. The specifications and size are very small, only the size of one RMB yuan. 1. This is the introduction of some chip materials: 2. Chip recommended circuit: 3. The physical PCB of my DIY is out. "I just arrived today and started working on it non-stop". The actual size of the circuit in the picture above is as big as the first section of the thumb. It is absolutely original. 4. After the assembly is completed, the oscilloscope is not used to measure the wave, but the overall effect is out. GOOD You can take a look at the output effect. Is it very obvious? Why do I use 3863 to build a +12V input -120V output circuit, and the MOS tube burns when it is loaded? My actual current is less than 40mA, and the MOS tube is -3A. I can't find the reason. Will the MOS tube burn if the filter capacitor is too small?   Details Published on 2019-10-10 16:42

I made a mistake. There is a special power supply section. If you are looking for something related to power supply, haha. I am new here and need to get familiar with the environment.  Details Published on 2018-12-3 22:16

I didn't pay attention, and thought this belonged here. I will pay attention next time. I can't adjust it. Can you give me some suggestions? I have the same problem. I can't take screenshots. Is there any request? I posted it in the wrong place. Can you move it?  Details Published on 2018-12-3 22:11

Quality comes first. At first, I chose MAX660 and some conventional LDOs, but found that the current carrying capacity was too low, so I chose this one again.  Details Published on 2018-12-4 07:02

For example, when replying, you can capture part of the picture and use it as an answer to reply to the other party. Just add a combination key and it will work. Is this possible?  Details Published on 2018-12-4 08:12

The product is good, but the price is a bit ~~~~~~. I have used it, but later I didn't use it when I bought it in bulk. Sometimes it's not just the quality that needs to be considered, there are other things to consider.

Lingte is now a company with ADI. LTC3863 is a good chip that can produce negative pressure. The price of big brands is not cheap.

For negative pressure, I have been using this chip for the past two years. I haven't looked at other ones. I used a lot of other ones before, but I haven't decided on this one since I started using it. If the cost allows, I can still use it. I'll talk about other ones separately.  Details Published on 2018-12-4 17:18
