The main control chip uses esp32, supports wifi function and has powerful performance.
The serial port chip uses ch340c, which is simple, practical and stable.
The axis control uses Anshi 74hc595d, which has higher frequency and lower delay.
The screen io uses Anshi 74hc541 to convert the level to 4.75v,
the automatic leveling control io is also converted to 4.75v through 541,
the limit switch uses bc807 to protect the input io,
the mos uses low internal resistance aon6403, and
the motherboard uses peripheral A relatively simple xl1509 dcdc circuit, reducing the number of components and motherboard size.
Note:
The motherboard is designed to squeeze out most of the space. If you need to connect a high-power heating bed and heating head, the copper sheet needs to be windowed, and please add a heat sink for the mos.
Please buy copper terminals for kf301 terminal blocks, not iron terminals.
The motherboard uses xl1509 and the peripheral uses 5v. The best power supply voltage is 12v. 24v can also be used here, but there may be a crash problem.
Progress:
Due to work reasons, there is no 3D printer for actual machine testing. Only the power-on test function has been carried out. Currently, all functions are normal, as shown in the picture and video above. Currently, the grbl writing robot, laser, and 3D printing have not been tested yet (there is no 3D printer yet) ).
The basic circuit of the motherboard has been verified to ensure that there are no problems with the circuit. There may be interference in the DC circuit design of the motherboard. I don’t have an oscilloscope to verify it (I don’t have enough money).
Shell:
The shell has not been made yet. We will work hard to improve the shell later, please be patient.
Firmware support:
supports marlin printer firmware and can support laser. (Currently, only one foreign PC software has been found to support Marlin laser. Weaving and writing are still being improved. There are quite a few 3D printing control software.)
It supports grbl firmware and can be used as a writing robot, small CNC, and laser engraving. (There are also many supported PC software and mobile apps)
The BOM firmware is below.
If you are DIYing by yourself, please remember to use a multimeter to test the short circuit. It is best to use a teppanyaki for welding. An air gun is not suitable for soldering chip capacitors. Well, I wish you all a happy DIY. (Happy frying
