1. Designed the STM32F103C8T6 core board peripheral pin circuit, serial communication circuit, ISP one-key download circuit, 5V to 3.3V circuit, servo control circuit, peripheral IO port circuit
2. The board power supply needs to be connected to P1 externally, and the board power supply is 5V.
3. Designed a +5V power supply indication circuit, which can easily determine whether the power input is normal
