Product introduction
Supports WIFI web control, and users can carry out secondary development based on the sample code. At present, the board has been verified. Except for the interference at the USB, all other places have been verified.
JLCJLCJLCJLC is marked on the board. When making the board, you can choose to customize the guest coding position, so that you can use the module to cover the guest coding.
Structure interpretation
Main control: ESP32-S3, in order to reduce the difficulty of wiring, the ESP32-S3-WROOM-1U module is used here.
Motor drive: Four-way AS4950, support high-frequency PWM speed regulation, I soldered Toshiba's alternative material: TB67H450FNG, the two have the same pins and are completely replaceable.
Main control power supply: MT2492, Xi'an Aerospace Minxin, domestic DCDC synchronous buck, up to 16V 2A, SOT-23-6 package, convert to 3.3V.
Buzzer: MLT-8530, SMD passive buzzer
Debug interface: USB JTAG, serial port (serial port to USB required)
Power supply interface: xt30UPB, can use wire to DC head
Motor: GA12-N20 motor, 12V direct battery power, large torque, users can replace 5V by themselves, and then use 7.4v battery, I use 12V power supply.

The pin headers on the board are led out, and users can install expansion boards and connect them to the main board through the pin headers.

The motor driver supports PWM speed regulation, and an external electronic compass can be used to implement the PID angle loop. By controlling the differential speed of the wheels on both sides, the vehicle can be prevented from running due to installation and terrain.

There is a ESP-IDF code in the attachment for reference. Its function is to start the WIFI hotspot. After the user connects to the hotspot, he can control the car through the web page 192.168.4.1.
