This project draws on the preamplifier, TPA3116, power supply and other parts of the "#6th 利竞技电竞#TPA3116+ Bluetooth mini desktop small power amplifier - Jialichuang EDA open source hardware platform (oshwhub.com)" and has made corrections and modifications (3116 is the official schematic diagram). The heat was severe during debugging. After investigation, it was caused by the 22nF capacitor such as BSPR in the engineering schematic diagram. The official schematic diagram of the device is 220nF. After replacement, the heat was normal. The mobile phone connected to Bluetooth volume. Adjust to 50% and play for 10 minutes to generate heat. The demonstration video is connected to an external audio source, because even Bluetooth screen recording will interrupt Bluetooth playback. The following parts have been added to this project:
1. Power supply: TypeC-PD20V power supply, 5A self-restoring fuse (trip current >8A), the voltage dividing resistor of the 6V power supply is changed to 10K to increase voltage stability, and the test is 5.99~6.00V. The reason why HT7533-3 is selected for the 3.3V power supply is that the maximum input voltage of the LDO is 30V. Even if the LDO (7805/7812) of the previous stage breaks down, it can still protect the expensive Bluetooth module from damage.
2. Bluetooth: Choose the CSR8635 with good sound quality (click on this device parameter on the schematic diagram to refer to Taobao connection), add a differential to single-ended circuit, reserve the feedback capacitor of the op amp, the device is on the bottom, and the default NC is not soldered . The Bluetooth buttons
and work normally, but does not respond. I don’t know whether it is a problem with the Bluetooth module or the Bluetooth version of the mobile phone.
3. Single-chip microcomputer: Adding STC single-chip microcomputer is used to PWM speed-adjusting fans, monitor board temperature & signal amplitude, drive LCD, drive WS2812, etc. This is the most interesting part of DIY. Everyone can write corresponding programs according to their own needs.
4. It is best if all resistors can be selected with an accuracy of 0.1% at low temperature. If there are no conditions, ordinary 5% resistors can also be used. The capacitors must pay attention to the withstand voltage, pay attention to the withstand voltage, and pay attention to the withstand voltage! ! ! Say important things three times.
5. TPA3116 is arranged on the bottom surface to facilitate the installation of heat sinks. You can customize an aluminum plate with the same size and shape as the PCB as a heat sink.
