Overview

There are three boards in total, USB, FPGA and Sensor board. The sensor board has the sensor itself and its power supply and oscillator, the board has high density connectors to be able to connect to the FPGA/host board, the high density connectors also power the board, there is I2C, 4Lane MIPI with clocking, I2C and some other controls Signal. The FPGA board has Lattice Crosslink NX LIFCL-40 in 256caBGA package and the required power regulator, the board also has 2x 16Mybte RAM for applications that require additional memory, the FPGA configuration flash is also on the board. The board has two high-density connectors. The USB board features the CYUSB3014 USB 3.0 SuperSpeed Controller, which has the required power and memory onboard since the board has a 3.0 USB C connector.
