FEBFSL4110LR-CS01U06A-GEVB: 6.0 W auxiliary power supply

The FEBFSL4110LR-CS01U06A-GEVB evaluation board is an integrated pulse width modulation (PWM) controller and 1000 V avalanche rugged SenseFET designed specifically for high input voltage offline switch mode power supplies (SMPS) with minimal external components. VCC can be supplied by the integrated high voltage power regulator, eliminating the need for an auxiliary bias winding. The integrated PWM controller includes a fixed frequency oscillator, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), leading edge blanking (LEB), optimized gate drivers, soft start, temperature compensated precision current sources for loop compensation, and variable protection circuits. Compared to discrete MOSFET and PWM controller solutions, the FSL4110LR reduces total cost, component count, PCB size, and weight; while increasing efficiency, productivity, and system reliability. The device provides a basic platform for cost-effective design of flyback converters.
