65w portable heating table

Overview
First, let’s briefly talk about the principle. The basic principle is PWM pulse width modulation. The PWM duty cycle is adjusted through the measured temperature and temperature preset value, and the MOS tube is driven to achieve the temperature control effect.
Because it is the first version, the appearance is relatively simple, but there is no problem in normal use. I tested it at 200 degrees and continued to work for 20 minutes, and no problems were found. However, it is still recommended not to use it at high temperatures for too long. It is recommended to use it below 230 degrees. Generally, 200 degrees is enough for desoldering work.
The outer casing is printed with ABS. You can find the same STM32 board on Taobao. I will design a board myself in the future. The tape uses high silicone tape, which is easy to use and has sufficient temperature resistance. As for high temperature resistant glue, I used Boyan 3+3 red glue, which is very easy to use.
For power supply, PD65W is used. It can be used just by plugging it in, which is very convenient. This version does not have fast charging integrated on the board. I will update it after the subsequent verification is completed.
The module needs a 20v to 5v DC-DC module for power supply. A few dollars on Taobao is a lot.
