CPU cold prevention circuit

Overview

Let the chassis fan power off and stop at low pwm to prevent the CPU from getting cold.
The structure is simple and reliable. The fan is turned on at about 45% pwm and turned off at about 35% pwm. You
can also adjust R2 and R7 to change the timing of turning the fan on and off
7 -23:
You don’t have to worry about the CPU getting cold in the summer. Now you should consider preventing the CPU from heatstroke.
