100V synchronous buck step-down power board-external controller

 
Overview
The input withstand voltage is determined by the mos tube and the input capacitor. The schematic design input withstand voltage is 100V.
15V is provided by the Darlington amplifier of the voltage regulator tube, and 5V is output through ldo.
The PWM input is an active low level to turn on the high-side MOSFET, and the pin withstands a voltage of 5V.
The output voltage starts from 0V.
The lower tube MOS has inductor current anti-backflow protection.
