Overview

Ceramic LED Clock

The board has been printed to verify that it is ok.

The uploaded serial port circuit has been simplified. You need to prepare your own TLL serial port burner or esp8266 burning socket (slightly raising the threshold)

Usage scenarios: living room, office, etc. (I use it on the TV cabinet in the living room, which is both practical and beautiful...^_^)

The cost is expected to be around 50

The base is simple to make, and the wooden strips used are packed wooden strips.

 

Cut it down to about 20cm and burn it on the stove to make it fake carbonized (at least for beautification, remove the darker parts with sandpaper). Don’t buy screws that are too long (M2.5 M3 10-12 length)

 

 

 

 

The digital display part uses TM1637 to drive the lamp + ESP8266. It is simple and convenient to edit the firmware on Arduino.

The brightness of the lamp uses 5V to power the 1637. The brightness is defined in Section 14 of the program.

The white light tube is sunny and very clear. (Logically, other blue, green, and red colors will be easier to identify in terms of clarity than warm white )

Warm-color lamps, (I bought 2 batches of them, and the uneven lighting was obvious at low brightness settings, so I turned up the brightness to compensate)

 

 

These 2 photos show the grooves dug at the individual lamp positions to protect the filaments. .

The hollow version is quite beautiful, but when welding, be careful not to press the filament with your hands.

There are 3 versions now. . In the second version, the middle part of the filament slot was first installed directly on the wooden board.

The third version began to use 2-sided PCB reserved soldering points to fix and connect circuits.

The 2 digital digits are displayed so there is a cable connection, (the digits have solder contacts reserved as an option)

(The silk screen dots are. The positive electrode 1637 is a common anode)

If you export the BOM table without gray cables, you need to choose it yourself.

The network configuration is simple (but if you want to change the router, first turn off the originally connected router, or go far away to find the AP again)

The filament will not light up until the network connection is completed. . (The first time takes about 1 minute)
