2021-1-6 Welding test: Since I found no solder paste when I got home, I simply put tin on the soldering iron and soldered it, but the output was abnormal and the voltage was only 1.38V.
VCC is only 2.7V, which may be caused by the solder connection at the bottom of the QFN. I will test it after I get the solder paste.
Updated on 2021-1-10:
First, it was successful;
Secondly, you no longer need a soldering iron to solder QFN pulls!
When inputting 5V, the output 5V current is less than 1.9A. If it exceeds, the output voltage will be lowered to about 2.4V.
There is no problem with 9V input and 5V2A output and the ripple is very low, see the picture below
As can be seen from the above figure, the maximum output current can be obtained at 9V, which is 3A.
12V test:
Then the next step is the 15V input:
Then the 20V input:
There is nothing wrong with using it when it is above 9V. If the input is 7V, the output ripple will be larger.
Output situation when 3V3 input:
The maximum current cannot exceed 1.9A when inputting 3V3.
In short, the integration level is relatively high, and external enablement is also more convenient.
Finally some close-up
