BOM component parameters are subject to the schematic diagram. The program library and related material parameters are in the attachment.
The entire spot welding machine is divided into power board, control board and bottom protection board. The solution of external welding power supply
Power board: controlled by 6 (40V300A) high-power MOS in parallel. The PCB has a large area of windows and buried M3 copper pillars to meet the requirements of high-current circuits.
Control board: The power supply mainly uses lithium batteries to ensure stable welding requirements. The lithium batteries can be charged through USB and step down from the spot welding power supply (only useful if it is greater than 5.5V)
Support USB download and burning program
MOS is driven by TC4427 dedicated driver chip
The display part uses a 0.42 OLED display to display power supply voltage mode, welding time, delay time and other parameters
A simple program was developed using the Arduino IDE. There may be a problem with the time parameters when the computer is turned on for the first time because the parameters are not set and the previously unknown data is read.
Welding power supply voltage range: 1.5V--30V. The larger the current, the better (determined by the detection voltage of the weldment and the withstand voltage of the buck chip)
Temporarily using two 2.7V100F supercapacitors in series for power supply testing, no problems occurred.
