Computer status display table based on Qinheng CH571

The inherited license is GPLv3, and the original author cannot use it for commercial use ## Existing design defects PWM output is not connected to CH571 on hardware PWM. You can use CH573 or use software to simulate PWM. This program uses simulated PWM.

The current PCB has been modified to TIM pins, but the program is still written based on the original pins.
