Jialichuang chooses aluminum substrates when making boards. Why do we have to go to Xobao to buy a notebook solid-state heat sink that costs 5 yuan or even 20 yuan? You can customize the thickness, but the structure is the same anyway
The front side is completely covered with copper, which has better heat dissipation effect. If you feel it is not enough, you can remove the solder mask, which will create an extra layer of tin. You can also make something like AMD yes , f**k you nvidia , intel yes according to your beliefs (RGB)
Because the aluminum substrate is soft, compared to the very hard aluminum blocks on the Internet, it has better compatibility with solid-state ones where the main control cache and particle height are different (soft, hehe). Something is wrong with you.
Be careful not to scratch your hands
It is recommended to polish it with a file
The length is 10cm, which is longer than the 2280 solid state. The 22110 solid state is just right for heat dissipation. The reason why notebooks use 2280 but have a length of 10cm is because although the solid state of the notebook is not that long, when the heat sink is at this height above the solid state, it is almost impossible to touch the motherboard hardware, but the thickness is limited, so by increasing the area It is the length to increase the heat dissipation capacity. It is recommended to use thermal tape to stick it to the solid position of the D shell of the notebook. Measure the distance to the solid state and then put a thermal pad of appropriate thickness on it.
Desktop installation method: 22110 is used directly. For 2280, first put the rubber band on the solid state, install the solid state, attach the thermal pad to the heat sink, pull the rubber band by hand and then insert the heat sink.
