It uses stm32f030f4p6 as the control core, or it can be replaced by a domestic one. The digital tube displays the temperature, and the knob adjusts the temperature. It uses pid to adjust the temperature. The xt60 interface is the power port. The current is theoretically 30a. I use a 200w 12v aluminum substrate and two mos. To share the heat dissipation pressure, there is a window at the bottom, and high current needs to be tinned.
The Mini360 model aircraft power supply step-down module used can only reach 23v. If you want a higher voltage, you need to replace the green module in the picture below, and the jumper part needs to be connected before it can be used.
L1 and L2 are magnetic beads or a lump of solder.
The principle is to first step down the voltage to 6-8v (the opening voltage of the MOS tube), and then step it down to 3.3v through LDO to power the microcontroller and other devices. The mos tube driver adopts the method of small mos tube driving large mos tube. Control pin pwm output, the output low mos tube is turned on, and the output high mos tube is turned off.
Using NTC resistance temperature measurement, the maximum temperature is 300 degrees. The MOS tube is very hot when heated, so be careful when detecting flaws.
The error in the picture has been corrected and it can be used. It is rare to make a board. The program is attached.
ntc model is as follows
